Attorneys

At Wise Law, PLC our attorneys focus their practice exclusively on construction related issues, including construction defects, impact and delay claims, acceleration claims, government contracts, payment and performance bond claims, mechanic’s liens, and construction defect disputes on behalf of contractors, subcontractors, and condominium and home owners.

An integral part of our firm’s construction public contract law practice includes the preparation and drafting of Requests for Equitable Adjustments for clients who have contracts with local, state and federal agencies. We have experience in successfully pursuing these government contract claims to the appropriate administrative disputes procedure, including dispute resolution boards, claims boards, and the federal boards of contract appeals.

Our construction defect practice involves any type of construction defect, whether it involves building code violations, defective design, or bad workmanship. We have experience in handling more complex construction defect claims that involve sick buildings and toxic mold claims.

The founding partner of Wise Law is also an engineer, which gives our firm a distinct advantage in understanding complex construction related issues.

With extensive litigation experience, our lawyers represent clients in both state and federal courts, boards of contract appeals, mediation, and arbitration.

Our attorneys also conduct in-house seminars for construction companies, and give presentations at construction-related conferences.
