Associate
Virginia native James P. Lukes joined Wise Law, PLC in 2006. He works in the firm’s Virginia and Maryland offices and focuses his civil litigation practice in the areas of construction contracts disputes, construction defects claims, delay, and other work impacted by claims, drafting construction contracts, mechanics’ liens law, toxic mold, sick buildings, and trial practice. Mr. Lukes represents homeowners, commercial owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and construction sureties in a variety of lawsuits, arbitrations, and mediations.
