Our firm has four attorneys, and a legal support and administrative staff. We focus our practice exclusively on construction litigation, government contracts, and insurance bad faith claims for clients throughout the Washington, D. C. metropolitan area and the Nation.

Our Expertise

Our firm represents a broad range of clients in the construction industry, including owners, investors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and surety companies. Among the problems we resolve for clients are impact and delay, acceleration, inefficiency, defective specifications, differing site conditions, constructive changes, and extra work claims. Other conflicts with which our attorneys assist clients involve a wide variety of construction defect claims; from design and infrastructure issues, water intrusion to toxic mold claims and related insurance coverage issues.

The firm’s partners have undergraduate degrees in mechanical and civil engineering, which brings an added dimension to our litigation expertise. We combine our engineering backgrounds with our legal knowledge of the construction process to effectively resolve your claims.
